In this chapter... Harry still can’t think how to get the memory from Professor Slughorn. It is reported that Mundungus Fletcher has been arrested for impersonating an Inferi – a dead body. Kreacher and Dobby come to report on what Draco has been doing. Malfoy has been using the Room of Requirement, and having Crabbe and Goyle standing guard, as girls – using Polyjuice potion. No matter how much Harry tries, he cannot get into the Room of Requirement.
“Well, what Harry said is the most useful if we’re trying to tell them apart!” said Ron. “When we come face to face with one down a dark alley we’re going to be having a shufti to see if it’s solid aren’t we, we’re not going to be asking, ‘Excuse me, are you the imprint of a departed soul?’”
Who did the Daily Prophet say had been arrested impersonating an Inferi?

Chapter 22: After The Burial
In this chapter... Harry still is trying to see what is going on in the Room of Requirement – what Draco is up too. Hagrid sends a note to the Trio, saying that Aragog, the giant spider, has died. Would they come down for the burial that evening? The Trio aren’t supposed to be out of the castle after nightfall. Ron and Hermione are going to take their Apparition tests in Hogsmeade that day. Ron has a sudden brilliant idea – Harry should take a swig of Felix Felicis and try to get the memory from Slughorn after that. Harry is a bit reluctant because deep down he was saving the Felix in the hopes that he could ask Ginny out. Hermione passes her apparition test while Ron failed by leaving half an eyebrow behind.
After taking the Felix Felicis, that evening, Harry confidently goes to Hagrid’s hut, to watch Aragog’s burial. He meets Professor Slughorn, and asks the Professor to join him and Hagrid to celebrate Aragog’s life. With Felix's help, Harry is able to procure the memory from Slughorn.
“This is Felix Felicis I suppose? Said Hermione anxiously, holding up the bottle to the light. “You haven’t got another little bottle full of – I don’t know – “
“Essence of Insanity” suggested Ron as Harry swung his cloak over his shoulders.
