In this chapter... Harry has no idea what Hermione’s plan is. He follows Hermione and Professor Umbridge into the forest – Hermione seems to be making a lot of noise. They are quick surrounded by centaurs. The centaurs are made even angrier after Umbridge calls them “half breeds”. The centaurs chase Umbridge and are about to attack Hermione and Harry, if Grawp hadn’t come to their rescue. He is looking for Hagger – or Hagrid.
Harry is eager to get to the Department of Mysteries, he feels Sirius is in danger. Just then, Ron, Neville, Ginny and Luna appear, They managed to escape the Inquisitorial Squad – Ginny used a impressive Bat Boget Hex on Malfoy. Harry wants to go to the Department of Mysteries either on his own or with just Hermione and Ron. But the other three are determined to go with them. Luna comes up with the brilliant idea to fly to the Ministry of Magic using the thestrals, and Harry quickly agrees to the plan.
“Hermy!” roared Grawp. “WHERE HAGGER?”

Chapter 34: The Department Of Mysteries
In this chapter... The Thestrals take the six of them to the Department of Mysteries. There is no security guard, in the entrance, which seemed mysterious. Harry leads them to the door he's been dreaming about for months. They search many rooms, trying to find the one where Sirius is held. They come across a room which is full of brains and also a amphitheatre a stone arch and a mysterious Veil The veil seems to whisper and Harry is fascinated by it – as are Ginny, Luna and Neville. Luna says there are people beyond it. Hermione, however, seems frightened of the veil. They finally find the correct room. They race through, looking for Sirius, and Harry is sickened when he realizes he's not there. Ron finds a dusty orb with Harry's name on it, and as soon as Harry takes it off the shelf they are surrounded by Death Eaters.
“Very good Potter, Now turn around, nice and slowly, and give that to me.”
